Refunds and Returns
General Return Guidelines
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 120 days of the purchase date for stock items.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Orders: Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Discontinued Items: Returns cannot be accepted on discontinued items.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact your customer service representative with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Refunds
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within two weeks.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be issued (e.g., if an item is not in its original condition).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact your customer service representative to arrange an exchange. Return shipping costs will be covered by us in these cases.
